Age
All drivers must be between 21-70 years old and in possession of a full driving licence. British licences must be held for a minimum of 1 year, oversea licences for a minimum of 2 years. Allowances can be made for minor endorsements (please contact us for details). Drivers of Minibuses must be over 25 years old and in possession of category D1 driving licence.
Documentation
• Driving licence for all drivers (photo card and counterpart)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, tenancy agreement)
• Credit/Debit card for deposit
Deposit
A deposit of £100 is required on commencement of hire (credit/debit card only)
Insurance
The hirer is provided with insurance. The hirer is liable for the first £300 of any cost for damages. This can be reduced to £100 with a collision damage waiver.
Payment
Hire charges and deposit are required in full before commencement of hire. Pre paid bookings require 24 hours of cancellation or fees will be forfeited.
Weekend Hire
Vans are to be collected between 9.00 - 12.00 Saturday. Friday collection is available between 16.00 - 18.00 for an additional cost of £20.00 + VAT. Vans can be returned on Sunday if required.
Weekyday Collection Times/Return Times
Vans are to be collected after 9.00 and are due for return before 9.00 on the day of return, It is possible to return vehicles out of hours before end of hire. We ask to be notified immediately of any extension of rentals or late returns.
Returning Out of Hours
If the hired vehicle is returned out of office hours, the hirer is responsible for the vehicle until the next working day.
Inclusive
Unlimited Mileage, AA recovery, Insurance (subject to conditions)
Fuel (diesel)
Hirer to put in fuel as required, Vans to be returned with same amount of fuel as at start of hire, Any extra fuel left in tank at end of hire will not be credited.
Limitations
Only the hirer and drivers approved at the time of hire are permitted to drive the vehicle. The hired vehicle must not be taken outside the UK mainland.
General Information
All rentals are subject to terms and conditions specified in
the rental agreement.
